SafeSport Training
USA Hockey Training Requirement
For players who are 17 or older (or will turn 17 by December 31st)
USA Hockey's SafeSport program is designed to prevent abuse and misconduct in off-ice environments. This mandatory training is required for coaches, officials, players aged 17 and older, and volunteers who have regular contact with youth participants. Additionally, it mandates the reporting of suspected violations to the U.S. Center for SafeSport.
